The premise is really stellar: the number of movies filmed together (Cameron explained that the filming of all the films will be concentrated and then expand the post-production and post-production times) and the budget will beat each previous one, including the Lord's trilogy of Peter Jackson's Rings.

Deadline also indicates that the budget for new Avatar films exceeds billions of dollars. The sequel, as it turns out from the first statements by the director and the actors, will be unimaginable and spectacular. A few months ago, Cameron unveiled his release dates :  The first film is scheduled for December 18, 2020, the second for December 17, 2021, the third for December 20, 2024, and the fourth December 19, 2025. In other words, we have to wait a long way but (promises Cameron) will be worth it.

Some Detail on the Plot of the new Avatar

Sam Worthington , star of the first chapter, will return to Jake Sully but this time, instead of meeting a human and Pandora, the focus will be on the family. Jake will be more and more integrated between the Na'vi and will find out his role as father rather than husband.

But, of course, new threats lie on Pandora's magical quiet. It was  Worthington that provided the first plot details : the story will be set 8 years after the first movie. In addition to the protagonist, Zoe Saldana, Joel David Moore, Stephen Lang and Sigourney Weaver will also return, who was impressed with the scripts and assured the sequels will be "incredible . "

The screenplay took over Cameron along with Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver, Josh Friedman and Shane Salerno. Cameron is also among the producers along with Jon Landau.
